We'll be moving in 3 weeks. That's not much time and there's still a lot to do. With all of the difficulty finding furniture and a major breakthrough I discovered the other night I think there is a good possibility of some handmade furniture in this new home of ours! I have a few ideas up my sleeve that I can't wait to pursue!
Vintage, rustic, industrial styles, greenery, mixing patterns, lots of furniture feet, organization, fun wall art, simple white, pops of color, vintage design and detail and natural light are all things that are inspiring and especially eye-catching for me lately.

oh i love love love all of these. specifically the shot with the mint green wall. I also find Mandi of Here's Looking at Me Kid very inspiring. I'm always trying to figure out how to incorporate vintage, modern, grandma and ethnic styles together in one cohesive look. It CAN be done!

That is just lovely! I recently did a post about interior design over on my blog as well! The embroidery hoop swatches are really amazing and seem pretty simple to do, may have to give that a go when I get my own apartment etc. The terrarium is also amazing, sigh, LOVE terrariums.
